Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

does anyone know anyone local to VA who can foster
I can send more info but of all the dogs I've seen come across facebook, this one has stolen my heart and I want to help him find a forever home or a new foster (current foster is breaking condo rules). I can send more info to anyone that will just listen or be willing to like the facebook page to spread the word. His name is Phoenix, 5 year old German Shepherd mix, at this point in traning not reccommending a home with children or cats (no incidents just not trained with it) but other dogs are great!

Pet Rescue Alliance is the rescue...I worried about this dog because I was given contact info for a woman there and she hasn't gotten back to me...they don't even have this dog on the website and they keep saying "he's running short on time" on a facebook page. From what I understand, it's a new rescue so I would love to see this dog have a chance through another group. His foster family now is in a condo and breaking the rules.
