AW: My parents and friends rock!
My parents are going to a marriage equality protest tomorrow!! My dad (who's 74) is even making signs! I can't believe they are doing this by themselves (although my brother and his gf might go too). It was just 4 short years ago that my mom cried for 6 straight months at the idea of me marrying a woman. And now they're going to fight for my right to do that at home. It's so cool!
And K is in Los Angeles right now and tonight she and our friends are going to the protest on Santa Monica Blvd. My friends (all straight) are just awesome!
