I don't know what it is about them, but I love them.  I'd never pass up a twinkie, though.

HoHo's are my go-to Hostess treat. Though I went through a twinkie stage as well.  I hope someone picks up the production of their brands... cause Swiss Cake rolls pale in comparison to the HoHo.

I heard they are going to auction them off to a different company.  If that's true, there's no cause for panic.  If that's not true, well then I will be stocking up on twinkies!  I haven't had one in years but now  I want one.

<Oh and because I am a know it all, the bankruptcy thing happened earlier this year, they are shutting their doors because of many troubles including the union of the bakery workers not accepting their terms and Hostess can't afford to operate during a strike so they are shutting down before it happens>

I love those too! Which is weird because I am not a fan of chocolate cake at all.
