Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Vacuum
Anyone know of a good animal vacuum besides dyson? i really don't want to spend $600+ on a vacuum.

We have an awesome upright vaccuum that my mom got us. It is hypoallergenic which is really helpful.
BUT I will say the best vacuum investment we have made to control our pet hair has been our Roomba. (its not a pet version) Ours has the ability to be scheduled so it runs everyday while we are at work, and all we have to do is empty the bin everyday. When we go days without it running you can really tell and it doesn't clean as well that first day, but when it runs daily it does a pretty good job of keeping up with the hair and the dirt.
