Looking for tips on AI with 4YO to Dreams Riviera Cancu

I'm heading to Dreams Riviera Cancun 20 weeks pregnant alone with 4YO DS (Something came up at work, and DH couldn't go) for the first week of December to Dreams Riviera Cancun. DH and I have been to the area quite a bit, but never to this hotel (or any Dreams, but several Secrets) and never with DS except to Disney, and I've never travelled alone with DS. Any tips on travelling light with a 4YO. Any must packs? If you've been to this resort before, do I really need to bring our stroller? Thanks for any tips.
