XP: Options to lower phone expenses?

We have a home phone line, and two cell phones. I want to keep our numbers but reduce our phone costs. I would also like to still have some sort of use, rather than porting to a parking service. Our phone bill for the three lines is $112 a month. $60 a month for a shared family plan including 1000 minutes of anytime minutes and unlimited calling to five people each (I call my mom for hours at a time...), $25 each for the data plan, and $10 a month for the VOIP home line, and then we get a 15% AAA discount. My phone provider was willing to let us swtich our current plan to a less expensive plan that isn't eligible for upgrades, but that would require us to sign another two year contract, and I'm not willing to do that. Our current contract is up so we can do whatever we want.

I know we can remove the data plan and save that ~$45 a month. I am also considering porting all three lines to another option such as Vonage, Google Voice, etc. Vonage seems pricey for what it is though, and I'm not familiar with Google Voice or Skype and how the usability is. My husband isn't so techy so it has to be easy to use.

Am I missing a completely different option?
