What's up this week?
I'm off work all week! I should be getting my work done for the next week, but I have been getting so distracted. I don't know what else I can clean to avoid doing my work...
Wednesday we drive 11 hours (ugh) up to North Carolina. We are spending Thanksgiving at my sister's house. It's actually a pretty good midway point for my parents and brother up in NJ/PA and us down in FL. On long road trips H offers to drive, but I know he doesn't like driving plus I hate not being the driver and can't fall asleep in the car, so I normally end up doing most if not all the driving myself.
What is everyone else up to this week? Any fun Thanksgiving plans?

We don't have anything exciting planned. I'm not making the whole big dinner on Thursday just got me and H. We're just going to have a small dinner by ourselves. We both work all week and this weekend so we're going to lay low.
Long time no see, everyone! Happy Holidays!
No classes for me this week which is awesome because I'm on day 12 of a wretched cold that really needs to go away soon! The only day I'm supposed to work is on Wednesday but I'm going to have to be coughing a lot less and feeling a lot better before I go hang around people's 18 month olds for eight hours. I can't see that being very good for business.
The husband's birthday is on Wednesday and I'll be helping my mom on Thursday make Thanksgiving for 16 people.
I know what you mean about road trips, I always end up doing most of the driving too (mostly because dh always tries to read stuff online while he's driving and it drives me crazy).
Have fun on the road trip though! Play a fun road trip game! (We still laugh about the v*gina road trip game someone suggested back on TK-replace one word on a billboard with the word v*gina. You can find some really funny ones. So far, the one to beat was a college recruiting billboard that became "My v*gina got me a better job.".)

Dee - Jealous your off all week!
I'm working through Wednesday. But, we are having a Thanksgiving pitch-in today. And hopefully tomorrow the boss will let us leave early. So it's not too bad.
Thursday we'll drive about 3 hours to my aunt's house for the day. Then back home & out early for black friday shopping! And after shopping we'll put up Christmas decorations. I'm so excited!!
I love this time of year!
