Brooks' Surgery follow up
Our little dude had tubes put in today. He was already running a fever in the morning and had fluid in both ears. I can't say enough good things about our CHOP experience. Everyone always raves about them, but seriously I can't think of anything that needs improvement. OK one thing, I REALLY wanted a Coke and there were none, but they had nice free coffee.
Hopefully we'll see a marked improvement in our dude's health.

Re: Brooks' Surgery follow up
DS had his tubes put in at St. Chris but they were literally life changing for him. No more ear infections, not nearly sick as much. He got them for the first time at 4 years old and I want to say again at maybe 8 years old?
So glad everything went well with B!

My little nuggets
I'm glad everything went ok and yes, I agree CHOP was great!
Ditto. Ava had them inserted last October after almost 9 straight months of infections. She had one infection a couple weeks after that and absolutely nothing since, it was pure.heaven. I also noticed a drastic difference in her speech almost immediately. Only after the tubes, did I really understand how much it affected her speech. I have my fingers crossed for this year as her tubes have now fallen out but hope her eustachian tubes have matured at this point.
