Mobile: Episodes of quivering and tale tucked under

Our almost 3 year old Boston corgi mix has started to have episodes of qquivering and tale tucked under.  They come and go pretty randomly.  We have been to the vet and they have us some pain meds, but he still has had a few while on the meds. 

I'm just not sure what is causing them.  Any ideas or additional questions ?

Pinched nerve, sore back, sore neck... Anything along those lines could be causing the tail tuck and quivering. Are you doing cage rest and limited activity on a leash?

Hmmm, did they do any blood work?  I don't want to worry you, but I would definitely go back to the vet.  If it isn't improving and is sporadic, it could be any number of things that aren't related to an injury.  Keep us posted.

I would return to the vet's office.  In the meantime, I would also keep an eye on when it happens.  Is the dog walking, just getting up, playing, just finished eating?  Is he eating, drinking, pooping, peeing, playing normally?  Any changes recently (food, activity)? 

Could be a lot of things and if its still happening, back to the vet.

Finished his pain meds and seems to no longer be doing it.   Hmmm doggies are such a mystery.

For some odd reason the sound of my text message would send my dog into these episodes. The sound I had it on frightened her. Could there be anything like this causing it?
