Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

how long after defrosting will a pork roast last?
I took out a 2lb pork roast yesterday morning and let it thaw in the fridge over night. I was going to use it today, but now my plans have changed. I'd rather not use the roast tomorrow either...will it still be good if I cook it on Wednesday? I was going to put it in the Crockpot Wednesday morning...it will have been out of the freezer since Sunday morning....

I agree as well. You do have to be careful with pork, but I think 3 days would be definitely fine. No more than that though...
