Re: barks and biscuit in Denville - any reviews?

I'm trying to find recs for a dog kennel in the Denville area. I went to tour the place above and it was impressive, but I saw several bad reviews, and several good ones. Any experiences or word of mouth about it?

hi!
my dog stayed there about 2 years ago for a week. it was really nice, clean, people were friendly. BUT it just didn't "work" for my dog.
the dogs are in their crates, and have, I guess, "assigned" times to be out in the open play area every day. they rotate the dogs so that all of the dogs aren't in the open play area at the same time. Makes sense... BUT when we looked on the webcam, all we could see was my dog howling his head off in the crate :-( :-( i guess he could hear the other dogs that were out playing, and wanted to be out there with him. a few times we checked when he was out playing and it was good... but it seemd like most of the time he was upset in his crate.
like i said, there were no major problems- just the set up didn't work for my dog. we havent' used any place else because that was a one time thing when my parents or sister couldn't watch the dog... so i don't know of any place else to recommend- but good luck!! its so hard leaving them :-(
