** balbacm (and lala) **

Since you mentioned Ryan repairs...

Does your second floor have squeaky floorboards? We have a few areas that are already pretty noisy. The one they tried to fix in Lanna's room didn't seem to work, so I was just wondering if a) you have them and b) you have had them actually fixed (or if you just live with them).

Re: ** balbacm (and lala) **

  • we did have a squeaky spot in our master - we noticed it immediately but they were able to fix it.  honestly it just looked like they pounded on the floor with some large tool.

  • We have 2 steps that squeak but I haven't brought it up.  I think it says in our big book they gave us that they can't make a squeakless house and there may be some spots.

  • I have one sort of squeaky step that I can live with, but we've recently gotten a much louder squeak right at the top of the landing on our top floor, and it's definitely annoying me. It woke Wes this morning when I was going downstairs to get their food packed up. I'll have to bring it up at our 10 month and see what they say.
