Realtor that knows Litchfield?
Can anyone recommend a good realtor that knows the area of Litchfield? Thank you!!

My realtor doesn't specialize in Litchfield or anything, but DH and I have been house hunting since February and we focused our search in Londonderry and Litchfield. We FINALLY have an agreement and will be closing on our Litchfield home in about a month! Yay! So, our realor has been all over the town with us...she's seen quite a few homes in town and knows many of the neighborhoods pretty well.
Her name is Bea Winer. Her email is beawiner@kw.com. She is with Keller Williams. She actually was our neighbor before we sold our condo, which is how we found her. She works really hard for her clients, that is for sure! She has been putting up with DH and I for far too long!

Thanks for the tip! I see she's based in Bedford. We might be considering that town too, so we'll probably contact her!
Long search huh? Congrats though!! We've been getting ready to buy since like March, but because of various reasons, are finally ready now- and are itching to go look at houses.
Are you excited about Litchfield? It's our #1 town choice right now...

I am SO excited to finally be buying this home...and to be a Litchfield resident. I love what I've seen of the town. I think there are a lot of newer/younger families which I like.
