C25K Check in

So, I'm not scheduled to run again until Wednesday, so I don't have a lot to report.  Looking forward to my next run.

  • Okay, I'm running this afternoon.  Babysitter booked!
  • This is getting kind of obnoxious.  I'm checking in with myself.  So, Wednesday's run was a little more difficult.  I've got another one scheduled for this afternoon.
  • I suck this week :( AF came to town and is taking a toll on me so all I do is sleep. I haven't run since Saturday. Gonna have to adjust my training plan AGAIN. So disappointed in myself.

    I'm not doing the C25K, but I wanted to say great job with the running! I'm on day 11 of the 30 Day Shred and my motivation is dwindling. Seeing your check ins (although with yourself) helped give me a boost. Thank you! 

    And how is the C25K program? I like to run (I do a 1/2 marathon every Sept), but a surgery after my last 1/2 left me unable to exercise for a month and killed my endurance. I'm thinking a program will help. Thoughts? 

  • I started (again, for the third time) tonight. Here's hoping I make it to the end!
