Someone on here introduced them to me and they are amazing!
there are so many quinoa recipes out there, and it is super healthy! lots of protein and fiber!
Ha ha OMG so have I! I finally used my crock pot and I LOVE IT!!! My pot roast was bomb and so easy!!!
