I need some ideas for lunches to send to work with my husband. He can't keep anything cold. He's getting tired of peanut butter and isn't too thrilled about ramen noodle cups or chef boyardee and such microwaveable things. Any ideas?
Re: packing lunch - help
I agree with the pp about getting a small cooler bag with some ice packs.
He has access to a microwave? You can freeze leftovers and then allow them to thaw until lunchtime and put them in the microwave.
I usually make my husband leftovers for lunch, occasionally he likes a frozen meal and very rarely well I throw a sandwich in there (he likes corned beef).
Leftovers in this are amazing. They have them at Target. He can plug it in when he gets in first thing and it's ready by lunch.
