Cute boots for Snow?
Hi Ladies,
I live in Chicago and we usually get tons of snow. I really could use some cute boots that are great for in the snow. Any recommendations? I would love links to see what you ladies would recommend that are both warm, functional and at least semi cute. I went back a few pages and looked but the boot posts I saw were mostly "Fall" boots. If I wore regular leather boots my feet would freeze. I need something a little warmer, was thinking about Uggs they aren't weather proof. Thanks for any help you can give

I have a pair from The North Face. They are so warm and comfortable. They are a few years old so the styling has changed slightly but they are similar to the 3rd pair in the top row.

I live in Chicago too. I like Northface boots (I have Janeys in black). They go with everything, and I've worn them all day at school (I'm a high school teacher) under my pants, and they don't look like snow boots. The traction is great.

I also have a pair of Keens that are possibly the warmest and most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I live in them when the snow gets high. I can't find a link to the style I have though (they're several years old)
