Last night I made Chicken Penne with this McCormick packet. OMG It was really good and I'm excited to have it for lunch today! H's work got canceled so I see him finishing it off today for lunch...
Tonight I'm making tuna noodle casserole, and we'll have left overs the rest of the week.
Oh please do tell about this chicken penne. That sounds right up my alley.

I used the whole box of penne, 2 cans of fire roasted tomatoes one might have been garlic flavored, and 1.25 c half and half. I topped with some shredded moz cheese too.
Monday: roasted cauliflower w/ sunflower seeds for me, I think leftovers from the farm x-mas party for Ben and Ashley<br><br>
Tuesday: Farm<br><br>
Wednesday: grilled chicken salads<br><br>
Thursday: leftovers<br><br>
Friday: I don?t know yet! We have several parties to go to so I don?t think I?ll have to cook<br><br>
