I guess it is the town house, that is the three story one with an elevator. I found the malibu beachhouse for $94.
We have Amazon Prime. Off to check out amazon.

Both malibu house and townhouse have the elevator. I guess it depends on how much you want to spend.
Just an FYI- Target does price matching. You just have to show them the ad either in person or on your phone. I think the phone is easier...download the app called ShopSavvy. If Target has it, go there, scan the barcode, and the app will do a search of all the places online that carries the item and the lowest price will pop up. Then just take the item to CS and pay while showing them your phone.
We were shopping Monday night in Target and saved about $45 between 3 different things.
