Hi! I am not nursing and Id like to rejoin Weight Watchers. I had a C section. Does anyone know when I can start WW? Is there a time limit you are supposed to wait?
Re: when can I start WW?
If you are not nursing you can start weight watchers now. I myself think weight watchers is not good and a rip off and I wish you the best on it. Watch your "free" points because fruit is loaded with sugar.
I recommend Advocare over WW 100%. Look at www.advocare.com/120433477 and you can see what I'm talking about.
I respectfully disagree. I lost 155 pounds on WW and love the program!
You need to stop advertising that program on these boards. The link you posted directly benefits you and is against the TOS.
OP: Weight Watchers is a wonderful program for those who need help understanding portion control and nutrition. I personally prefer counting calories, but to each their own! Regulating your food you should be able to do right away after giving birth...if you were breast feeding I'm sure you'd need to hold off for a bit on high intensity cardio but if you're not BFing you can hop right into it! Best of luck!

You can do WW even if you are BFing. They have a point increase if you are BF.
OP, you can start WW whenever, just refer to your OB before you start exercising.
