Menu Help
We are having a very low key get together around Christmas for friends and family. It is at lunch on the week end. Here is the menu, but it is very boring and I need some ideas. I am at a loss for some more ideas.
Apps- Cheese and Crackers, Spinach Dip, Pretzel Tray, and Buffalo Chicken
Meal- Roast Beef Sandwiches, Mac and Cheese, Garden Salad.....WHAT ELSE????? Also, there will be nuggets for the kids along with the mac and cheese.
Desserts- Cookies, Cakes and Coffee
Drinks- Beer, Wine, Soda, Water,and Iced Tea

If you want to throw in another meat option, hot roast pork is always a winner in our family. Then it's pretty simple - just get extra cheese, horseradish and rolls for both meats.
Roasted veggies are an easy addition and you can serve them at room temp - carrots, zucchini, onions, eggplant, peppers with some evoo, balsamic, salt, pepper and garlic.
