Wayne Homes' Greensburg Office
Has anyone built with Wayne Homes in Greensburg? We are about to close on our loan and I would love some opinions on the building process, your satisfaction with them, things to keep them on their toes about, etc. TIA!

Dear friends of ours built with them and just moved in last year on Dec. 31. They are happy with their work, but their chief complains are that they pretty much had to GC the project. It doesn't seem as though Wayne Homes deals with excavating and wells, and landscaping. The homeowners were also in charge of obtaining permits and arranging utilities. We built through a different builder just months before and all of that was taken care of for us. They have a great house, but it was a bit of a hassle to get there. So, my caution would be to be 100% sure what services they include and don't include, and what you'll have to arrange for yourself.
