New Year Resolution?

 

Mine: DH and I have been paying for our gym membership and we quit going after like the 4th month but never cancelled it, so this new year we are going to start going every day after he gets off. NO EXCUSES! Also, DH and I want to start saving money to buy our own house. And, MAYBE just MAYBE I might try to quit drinking soda.......

  • Oh, and my new years resolution (besides getting PG and delivering a healthy baby) is to get back in shape and back on track with my finances and get some debt paid off. DH and I have some student loans hovering over our shoulders that I don't want to think about anymore. :)

    Also, I too want to get pregnant and deliver a healthy baby! I have been stressing a lot because I am very scared that I might have a problem so from now on I am just going to have fun and enjoy the baby making! If we hit the one year mark and still no baby then we will seek help but for now I'm just enjoying it!!

    Also, I too want to get pregnant and deliver a healthy baby! I have been stressing a lot because I am very scared that I might have a problem so from now on I am just going to have fun and enjoy the baby making! If we hit the one year mark and still no baby then we will seek help but for now I'm just enjoying it!! 

    I'm doing good. I had a great holiday with all my family and got some great gifts, including lots of scarves, boots and yoga pants. :) DH got me a really nice white sapphire necklace. :)

    The only downside about the holidays is that AF came on Christmas....I'm okay with it though. I know this is only month #1. The one good thing about AF was that I had almost zero cramps!! That hasn't happened since even before coming of BC. Also I am back to my regular schedule, which will make charting so much easier. :)

    Also, I really need to get an x-ray on my back, which I have scheduled for next week, and I can't be PG to do that. ;) So in the next week I am getting lots of tests done and will hopefully finally know what's going on with my back and ankle! Then right after all those tests is when O should happen, so we'll see if we get lucky the second time around. :)

    And I'm glad you are putting less stress on yourself. I really think it's going to happen for you soon, and definitely before the one year mark. So hang in there. We are both going to get our 2013 BFPs. :)

    Eh, I hate AF! I'm still a little stressed because with my BC I don't know when my regular AF's are supposed to be so I cant chart. I tried with my last period but then AF came and it messed it all up so I hope AF goes regular soon. (Even though I don't know what regular is) LOL! :(

    I've found that I drink less soda if I drink Crystal Light. I usually drink one or the other with lunch and thats it for the day. Crystal Light Energy is GREAT too. Just a little tip :)

    My resolution for the year is to grow my insurance business and at least get pregnant. We aren't going to start really trying until March. 2013 is going to be an exciting year for us ladies :)

    I would also like to lose 10 pounds before getting pregnant. In an ideal world I would form many healthy habits before getting knocked up and it would make for a comfortable pregnancy. I'm hoping it will make getting back into shape less intimidating. Like I said.. ideal :)

  • 1. Successfully deliver baby. 

    2. Somehow become a Mom. 

    3. Learn to be a good SAHM.

    4. Lose the baby weight and then some.

    2.  Lose weight gained during surgery incision debacle.

    3.  Maybe get pregnant again?

  • GL to all you ladies TTC! 2013 will hopefully bring more smiles than frowns.

    1. Quit or limit soda intake. I gave it up for 4 years so I know I can do it. We don't keep it in the house, but I drink it often elsewhere.

    2. Start running again and doing at-home exercises

    3. Lose a little weight, get toned, and feel better about myself

    4. Pay off some debts

    5. Depending on #4, start TTC

    6. Grow in my relationship with DH

  • 1. Stop drinking soda (I did this for 3 years a while back, so it will be pretty easy)

    2. Stop going to fast food as much. I just can't say no altogether...

    3. Read the bible more often (shooting for a little bit every day)

    4. Being a better employee. I feel like sometimes I don't prioritize things the way my bosses would like me to, so I'm going to work on that.

    5. Last but not least: I am going to try to save more money. DH and I have a joint savings account, so my personal savings has, like, nothing in it. I would like to have something in there for "what ifs" (and splurges at the mall, lol)
