Here's what makes this even funnier...when I gave K the cake last night she took a bite right out of the side! (picture was taken prior)  It was sooo funny, the poor girl had not slept and was traveling all day.  The thought of actually cutting a slice was too much work so she just took a bite out of the side.  It was funny - but the dog witnessed it and I think tried to reenact it later. Stick out tongue

  • At least the cake was vanilla!  The picture is priceless.  I hope he is feeling ok after an all-night cake-fest!
  • hehehe...life with animals is a bit unpredictable Stick out tongue  our pup also wont make eye contact with a guilty conscience, lol.

btw - you did a great job on the cake, super cute!

  • oh dear...I have been there.  Life with a beagle has taught me never to leave things out.  Even when you think they can't get to them.  We now have a bread box for this very reason.  Although I think the cat and the dog work together to get things down.  Sorry the cake was ruined but at least K got to see it.  I hope the dog isn't sick.  That is the worst when Darwin gets into stuff and then is sick because of it.  A double whammy!

  • Oh no! Your pup must have one sick tummy today. You did a great job, btw.
  • LMAO!!!!! That's great! That happened to us with our cat and some steaks!!!
  • oh no! at least she got to see it first...

i remember one time when my ex and i had ordered a pizza, and we were sitting on the living room floor eating while we watched a movie. we heard this noise, so we turned around and there he was, dragging the whole box backwards into the hallway. he was still a very young kitten so he was tiny and it was a large pizza. we both just started cracking up.

  • I love how you could tell who was guilty! Too funny! (and glad K at least got a bite!)
