working out
I, like I am sure many of you, am planning to work out more in 2013. I bought a "Fitness" magazine yesterday and there is a great workout plan to kick start the year. If you're interested in the workout, it seems effective without overdoing it. It's in the January issue.
I am going to begin tomorrow so it's not like a New Year's resolution and I made a playlist. I've been looking for some new workout music for months and I finally was able to put something together. I thought I'd share with all of you. It's a little over an hour long.

I don't/can't work out - but I really do with you a productive year in doing so!
I probably wouldn't, I will be honest - but I have a back injury, coupled with an SI joint that wont stay in place, I am seriously limited physically!
