Popping In From The Bump - Paleo/Whole 30

Hi everyone!

We're starting the Whole 30 challenge on the 1st and just cleaned out the kitchen but we need to have food in our cupboards for the adoption inspection, but I have no idea what to put in there!

I know we can use EVOO, CVO, tuna, vinegar, etc but I'm not sure what else to stock my pantry with!

Re: Popping In From The Bump - Paleo/Whole 30

  • When we did whole 30, we went through a TON of eggs but also a lot of veggies and meat/fish and sweet potatoes. Stock up on coconut milk, medjool dates and lots of fun spices, like curries, and condiments like fish sauce, salsa, almond butter and mustards.
  • FI and I have transitioned to Paleo and we eat a TON of eggs too. Also, I'm not familiar with Whole 30, but there are a ton of websites with recipes that are Paleo friendly, which has helped me break up the monotony.

Filling the pantry is the tough part! Everything we are eating is fresh so our pantry is pretty sad too. My suggestion, try to find organic canned goods that don't have the added chemicals, maybe dried beans, nuts, etc. Good Luck with it, my FI and I are loving our new diet, feeling great and cutting weight pretty quickly.
