Yay: I'm almost done with school, I can finally see the finish line!! I also got new wedding rings for Christmas (double yay)!! I'm very excited for the new year, DH and I are going to start trying to purchase our first home together and hopefully this new year is full of new blessing for everyone TTC including me!
Boo: We are getting charged way to much for our company insurance so now I'm shopping around for prices and well it's annoying!! Lol!! I'm also trying to set our monthly budgets to try and save money but its pretty complicated
Has anyone seen any good movies in the last few days? DH and I have free movie tickets and I finally convinced him to take me tomorrow night but I don't know what movie, I was thinking Guilt Trip or DH wants to see a scary one.
Any yays and boos?
Re: Yay & Boo
I saw Guilt Trip on Christmas and it was really cute! I saw the movie Flight awhile back but I think it's still in theaters. It was AMAZING. I loved it. I also really want to see This is 40 and Les Miserables.
My yay and boo.....
Yay: H and I are having another couple over for New Years and I'm excited about a low-key but fun night. I think NYE is overrated so this is my idea of the perfect NYE.
Boo: H and I both work in schools, but we work in 2 different counties. I have to go back to school on Wednesday January 2, but H doesn't have to go back until Monday January 7! I'm so jealous that he gets all of those extra days off!
Yay: Still have the rest of today and tomorrow off work. And my job interview this morning went really well! I hope to hear back from them this week or next week.
Boo: H has had to work all day for these 4 days I'm off
so I really haven't had a lot of time with him this weekend.
Havent seen any movies in the theater recently so I'm not any help there. I've been at home watching Lifetime movies...
I feel you, DH works all the time and when he doesn't work he's stressing about work... He said if it was his decision he would be working tomorrow
I love the lifetime movies too!! DH hates me watching them, he says I get all crazy and think that he's cheating on me. (Lol which I don't)!!
Yay: My office is closing in 1 hour woohoo!!! NYE plans with great friends tonight!
Boo: Can't complain today!
TTC 19 months ~Started RE in March 2014~
DH was not ready for IUI so we waited
~Started acupuncture in May 2014~
~~BFP 7/6/14~~~EDD 3/14/15~~It's a girl!!~~
Now for my yay & boo:
Yay: I am planning a room makeover for my best friend and will finally be able to start before the end of the month!
Boo: We were told our office would be closing at 3 today but I think our supervisor forgot because no one has said anything about it since last week... every one is just walking around and chit-chatting until we can leave.
Wait, your H is off tomorrow but said he would rather have to go in?
My H works retail so they're definitely not closing for the holiday but at least he's getting time and a half while he's there.
Haha yeah we'll be watching them together and one of us will be like (jokingly) I hope you dont get any ideas and do that to me! Its just funny bc there are like 10 lifetime movies about rape, another 10 about teen pregnancy, and a few more about a spouse cheating and that's about it.
Yes he did! I kind of think closing big stores on NYD is kinda dumb but we have our own little delivery company (we get hired by a big company) and the big company is closing so therefor no deliveries for tomorrow. That means DH is off and he said he would much rather work because he thinks its dumb to close that day when everything is open on Christmas Day when that's an important date.
Althought he needs the day off he is hard headed and wants to work every day possible..
Its 2013!!!!
Yay: My goal of growing my insurance business is already in progress with a prospect that needs two business policies and auto. Woo hooo!!
Boo: I really need to work on a budget for us. We've just been flying by the seat of our pants for a couple years, which has been fine we have plenty set back for a rainy day and we don't spend money like it grows in the back yard, but it would be nice to have some guidelines.
bridget0117 - I wanna see This is 40 really bad! It looks hilarious!
Yay: I am beginning this year as a married lady (first time ever) ! Also yay, I am about to begin my second to last college semester. And....I am beginning an internship this semester & searching for one for this summer.
Boo: It rained all day and night today.
As far as movies I am considering going see This is 40, Cirque de Soleil, & Django Unchained. The woman who played the harp at my wedding has a small part in DU.
