Chicken on the foreman grill
Just got a new foreman grill (digital one with removable plates). What do you put on chicken when you cook it on the grill other than italian dressing? Any recipe ideas are much appreciated. Also, can it really cook frozen chicken without defrosting it? Does it dry it out? Thanks!
Re: Chicken on the foreman grill
I have never cooked on a foreman grill, but here is my favorite dry-rub for chicken:
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/2 garlic powder
1/4 t paprika
Just rub it on both sides of the chicken and cook however you want to. (I mainly use it when I am making something that the chicken will be added into, like a salad or pasta dish, but it's good by itself too!)
I use this one on my Foreman all the time.

We use our Foreman at least once a week. You can use any marinade or dry rub you like on your chicken. We use a lot of the Weber brand seasoning mixes, they are dry and you just shake a little on before you cook.
We have put frozen chicken on before and cooked it without defrosting and not noticed it being dryer than other times. If you want to season at all though you will want to open the grill after a few minutes and add that after it has defrosted a bit.
