I know I said I'd post some house pics forever ago, but I just never feel like I'm at a point where I can say that we're done! Actually some of these are already outdated, but here they are anyway:

Same here, looking forward to seeing them though!

Beautiful home Mandy! You have fantastic style! Our kitchen is laid out the exact same way - even with the sliding glass door location and the breakfast table location!
I agree - love the light fixture in L's room. And your foyer is very welcoming - elegant but not overstated or too fussy. Love it!!
Awe, thanks guys! We still have some work to do, but we'll get there. And once we do, DH will be ready to move again

Jen -- Lanna's bed is from a website called HomeClick.com, but I don't recommend them. It literally took three shipments over the course of three months to get all of the pieces in. Not b/c they were on back order, just b/c they kept sending us partial shipments. At one point my dad just went to Home Depot for hardware b/c there was some missing and we couldn't take dealing with their customer service any longer. In the meantime, she made herself quite comfortable in our bed and now she's still not sleeping in hers! The bed itself is Lea (which is Lazy Boy's kids line) and it's very nice quality, so if you can find it elsewhere I'd recommend it. It was one of the few I found that the full sized bed on bottom actually looked like a normal full sized bed once the twin was removed. So many just have an extra piece nailed on and it looks very odd.
wow, what a pain! The bed is very nice though, looks great in the room. Brian & I were just discussing bunk beds last night, as Liam tried to go to sleep in Jake's bed after baths. We are wondering how long it will be until they're asking to share a room...and then how long after that until Jake is begging for his own room back!

Wow! There are so many things in your house I love. The hard woods look amazing...and I love the rugs in your dining room and playroom. Everything turned out so beautiful!
I'm glad we got the black door with the white sidelights--I hope ours (whenever it's done) looks as great as yours!
I'm sure you could have them installed down the road. I've read that Ryan's prices aren't the best on French doors, but we aren't handy so I just went with them. They get very finger printed being the gateway to the playroom, but they are pretty when they're clean!
Thank you! I love the black door and white sidelights. We hope to also add a black metal roof over the stoop this summer.
The rugs are both from RugsUSA.com. They had 70% off for Labor Day, but they run that special periodically throughout the year. The chevron rug was only $45 and unbelievably so was the big one in the dining room. It is an indoor/outdoor rug but I love it.
It's kind of a funny story -- it had a small snag right in the center of it, so I called to ask if they'd replace it, even though it was not very noticeable under the table. They said they'd give me 15% off if I kept it, but I said that wasn't enough of a discount for a snagged rug but I'd consider it for 30%. After about a month of not hearing anything I contacted them again and the rep responded via email saying her manager was offering me the highest discount at 50% off what I paid (which was already 70%). That's not how I thought negotiating worked (offering me a larger discount than what I asked for), but I took it!
looks beautiful! congrats!
gorgeous Mandy! I was going to ask about the bunk beds too b/c we are headed down that road with the girls and Caileigh already has a full so I want a full bottom, twin top. Good to know not to order from that site!
Love the foyer . Eamon got that elefun game for Christmas - does Wes like it?
How time flies! Caileigh (9), Keira (6) & Eamon (3)
I'd love to help decorate! Shopping with other people's money is a personal dream of mine
Thank you!! That's actually just an elephant shaped ball popper.
