Hey Strangers
Hello! I just wanted to check in. It feels like it's been forever. I had gotten laid off in July and wasn't really in front of a computer anymore so I hadn't been on in a while. ANYWAY - I'm finally back to work and back to sitting in front of a computer.
I just wanted to check in and say hi. Everything on my end is about the same, except that I'm back to work after sitting around with my dog for 4 months. I started working again at the beginning of December and just finished training.
I hope everyone is doing well and had a great holiday/new years.

The job - so far so good. It's an Acct Manager role (sales-ish) so it's a little similar to what I've done in the past but not whole heartedly. The company - Vocus - is awesome so far. Our office is, by far, the coolest office I've ever seen.

Maybe this is old news but how is your husband doing? I know his recovery was going well... Is he all healed up?
Thanks for asking! He's doing really well. He's nearing the end of the implant process and will hopefully have his back three teeth in just a few weeks. I can't believe it'll be a year since the surgery (in two weeks). His goal is to be able to get out there and start training to run the Baltimore half in October.
