Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Ticker
I know this may be silly, but my ticker doesnt show up at the bottom of posts. I'm new and I'm just figuring things out. (also what do all the abbreviations mean? ...you can laugh at me now haha)

There is a Glossary on the left bar for The Nest and The Bump, but here's the link:

Hope that helps as far as that question goes.
For the ticker, I'm not sure, it's been a while since I've had one but I can try and look into it.
The only thing I can tell you for the ticker is:
Go through and select the options you want, and the end copy and paste the HTML code.
Go to your profile, and above your picture there will be a button for 'Edit avatar and Sig'
Click that, scroll down and copy the code into the box that says 'My Forums Signature'
And Save
