How was the weekend everyone?
Any fun and exciting stories?
This weekend DH was sick and slept for about 6 hours extra on Saturday. We had a Bday dinner at my in-laws for my SIL's bf and then came home and crashed. Sunday I decided to get back on the exercise wagon and went for a jog with my dog, did some errands, got DH out of the house for a little, and then we spent the entire evening and night catching up on Breaking Bad. It really was a much needed weekend for DH and I, to just be alone.
I guess this isn't exactly a funny story but it was entertaining for me so it counts, while I'm out in work out clothes and jogging in 45 degrees I crossed paths with this couple in my neighborhood who had their 4 dogs with them. The man was wearing a polo and khaki's and the women was in a floor length mink coat, with a HUGE chunky necklace on and all done up. What goes through some peoples heads when they set out to go on a walk?
Re: Merry Monday!
After DH and I finished catching up on The Walking Dead, which we LOVE, we started watching Breaking Bad. I'm actually surprised at how good it is, considering how simple the storyline is. I'm not very far into it yet. I just finished Season 1, and will be starting Season 2 soon.
We also really enjoy watching "Once Upon a Time" and "Grimm", as well as DH's favorite cartoon "Adventure Time".

Yeah, we had heard people talking about it, so we looked it up on Netflix. The description made it sound like it was going to be a slow show, but it's actually really interesting to watch.
I am all caught up through Season 3 on Walking Dead, just waiting on the season to restart in February. How far are you into it?
Yeah, we finally gave in and went and found it on Netflix. It's way more interesting to watch than you'd think, based on the description. So far a chemistry teacher has been told he has inoperable lung cancer, he's killed two meth dealers/cooks, and is now currently cooking meth with an old student of his while going to chemo.
Back to your original question, I had an okay weekend. I had a little bit of a cold, and Saturday at 6am woke up with another bladder episode (they aren't bladder infections, but mimic the symptoms). I wasn't able to go back to bed, so I thought I might take a nice bath. I started cleaning the tub out, then heard my puppy whining to be let out. So I went to go pick her up and carry her outside (because she has a bad leg right now) and she peed all over herself. So she got the bath instead of me..Then I thought I'd go take a nice hot shower instead, and go figure that the water was nowhere near hot...Also my hip has been popping in and out of place, which is really uncomfortable, and does not make TTC very fun...FX for better days soon!
Then Sunday my puppy's leg started bothering her even more. She hasn't walked on it in a week, and had been hopping on the other one (only when outside to potty, we make her lay down otherwise) and now her other leg keep buckling under her...So she's going to the vet tonight. Hopefully it's an easy fix, but I'm not very optimistic.
So that was my exciting, but not very fun, weekend. Lol
