As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Wiped out in garage on way to work
Headed to the elevators and didn't notice the sheet of ice under the overhang. Landed on my tailbone, thank goodness I was still using my crutches (had knee surgery 3 wks ago). Misery
Its black ice time with change in weather so be careful!!

Surgery went ok - I'm in rehab hell right now (straight leg raises/quad tightening - ugh!) I'm technically allowed to go without crutches but I use them to/from work or longer distances so I'm glad I had them.

Ow!! I didn;t realize you had knee surgery, too! How are you doing overall??
ETA: Sorry - just read your response to Gwen. I'm sure living with an ortohpedic PA is not as helpful as yuo would think either, right? I'm sure he's trying to push you with Rehab, etc.!! Hang in there and shout if you need anything, since I'm not far from you (and I'm off at the moment!).
