frozen cassrole dishes?

Ladies, I need some recipes for make ahead cassorles that my cooking challanged husband can just take out of the frezzer and put in the oven. Can I have some of your fav recipes pleases

I just stocked my freezer.  I made enchiladas, meatballs, tomato sauce, baked ziti, shepherds pie, a pork chop dish and meatloaf.  I doubled a bunch of them.  I also have chicken sliced and peppers and onions to make fajitas or quesadilla's.

Silly question regarding the cook times and such with freezer meals.  Are you supposed to thaw the items first or put them in the stove frozen?  If you cook them frozen, how do you know much longer you need to cook them?

i would take it out to thaw first. Like in the morning and then put it in the oven at dinner time.  A frozen solid meal would take A WHILE to cook in the oven.
