Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I hurt my ankle yesterday at Zumba. I of course was front and center of the class and just stepped wrong and twisted my ankle. I had to leave the class which sucked.
but I felt OK yesterday. no swelling or brusing. I even went out to brunch.
this morning though I'm feeling rough. my ankle is swollen and I can't walk on it. so that sucks.
the nice thing is that Ben and Ashley are taking care of the cleaning:)
