Advice

So do you ladies have any advice for me when it comes to working out and getting fit. I'm 6 months post patrum. I'm still breastfeeding. Ever other day for this past week I take the stroller and walk at least 3 miles. Do you know anywhere  i can get good recipes?

  • if walking isn't doing it for you you hae to change your workouts. cardio and strength and calorie awareness is key. have you signed up for myfitnesspal or weight watchers? both are great.
