    That's not really fair, people say really, really hurtful things (enough to make people commit suicide) but they aren't getting rid of the first amendment.  As I stated above and I believe most gun owners feel this way.  We own guns for recreation and for defense.  In my state, two rapist/murderers broke into a house where a little girl was home alone by herself, they had every intention of raping/killing her but she was the trap shooting state champion and was able to defend herself and stop a tragedy from happening.

     

    I think it's a fair thing to say, considering it's the argument I encountered from a gun owner when I broached the subject of at least making extended clips illegal.  "(whines) but it's just such a hassle changing cartridges at the gun range"

    Really??  More of a hassle than burying a child?  I was appalled at her lazy selfishness.
