I have now been on hold for 20 minutes waiting for SOMEONE at the company I'm trying to reach to answer. There is no reason that I should be waiting this long to talk to someone from a software company.
Oh and I'm doing this bc SOMEONE went a changed a figure out my accounting system from 2011 and no one will own up to it. First of all, shame on you for editing something from a total different year, second, buck up and admit you did wrong instead of pointing fingers at me!! I found the error, that does not mean I made the error!!

I was on hold for exactly 61 minutes yesterday and then hung up because my office was closing.
I'm now back on hold, going on 30 minutes now.
I feel sorry for the poor soul who answers.
