  • Down a pound from last week. Better than nothing, I suppose.

  • I stay away from the scale, i figure if i have to weigh in every 4 weeks at the doctor ill just wait until then =(

I've already worked out 2x this week, today I plan on doing upper body and tomorrow is Zumba toning...i feel better when i get a workout in and not so bad im eating things I wouldnt have normally eaten pre-pregnancy. I've gained some weight and it makes me uncomfortable just bc i used to be really overweight so before the pregnancy if i would gain 5 pounds my body just felt uncomfortable to me. I finally splurged and bought a couple pairs of maternity pants bc by the end of the day they are just more comfortable and who cares, right?

  • I had to stop 17DD, my tummy was just not having it with all the veggies.  I'm been eating like crap the past 2 nights thanks to peroid.

I hope to start C25K next week.  I have a 5 K planned in March.

  • I'm down 6 lbs and a half inch on my waist in a week!  It always seems like the first handful of pounds come off easy, and then from there not so much!  I really haven't started a regular workout routine, but I've been eating really well.  I plan to start getting more regular about workouts.  Work and having our friend stay with us while he "gets back on his feet" are stressing me out.  I get home from work and I never want to do anything but relax from being angry all day.  1 and 1/2 months until we're roommate free!!!

  • I just started going back to my cardio dance class last Tuesday! I started following the weight watchers points on Monday. I've done really well so far, but I'm not weighing myself until next Sunday. I hope next week I have something good to report! :)

  • This is by far my worst week in months.  I feel awful about eating so terrible.  I know I've gained weight since I weighed myself on Monday.  As of Monday, I am up 4 lbs since Dec. 31, which makes me feel even worse.  I am going to just finish this awful week and then get back into healthier eating and working out this weekend.

I know I keep saying that, but I really mean it now.

  • Well, I haven't lost anything yet, but I haven't gained anything, either. So, I guess that's a positive. I've been trying to eat better and snack/drink pop/soda less. I'm doing okay with it. I've been getting better at getting my servings of fruits and veggies in, but I still drink way too much pop/soda and eat too many sweets. I'm hoping that next week is better (we'll be grocery shopping this weekend, so we can get more health-conscious foods/snacks). Hope everyone else has a good week!

  • I've been maintaining, which is fine with me.  We are definitely eating better since DH saw the nutritionist last week.  He sees her again on Monday, so we will see what his weight has done.  So far, he also seems to be maintaining, but that is fine with me as well for now.  I know that she will have more diet changes after his next visit, and I like that we are taking it slow.

This woman is totally on the same page as me as far as what DH needs to do with his diet.  I wasn't in love with WW because I feel like they use a lot of processed foods and artificial sweeteners.  Big no-no in my book.  DH's has GI issues and he doesn't need any added issues from these fake foods.  I'd rather he figured out a way to have real sugar in moderation.
