Anyone live in or near Demopolis?
DH and I may move from Mobile if he gets a job promotion. We like the small town idea, but I'm wondering if Demopolis would be okay. I'm also worried about finding a job. I'm a pharmacist, and I love my job now. I'm really picky, and I do not like working retail pharmacy (drug stores). Thanks ladies.

I was born there, but left when I was little, and would say look for somewhere a little bigger than Demopolis. Tuscaloosa is about 45 minutes from there. It's changed a lot since we left and I don't know much about it now. Growing up, there was a movie theater with only one movie and the only fast food was McDonald's and Hardees lol. There has been a lot of change and some growth.
