Re: What are you reading?

  • Emily Giffin - 'Heart of the Matter'

It's the only one of her I haven't read yet and actually found it at a used book store for $3! (I'm extremely proud of myself for this)

  • I'm almost done The Virgin Cure by Ami McKay and I love it.

I just finished The Paperboy by Pete Dexter and it was just okay. It's supposed to be made into a movie and I can't imagine it being any good.

Before that I read Receive Me Falling by Erika Robuck and it was wonderful. I can't wait until her next book comes out.

  • The True Believer by Nicholas Sparks. I really wanted an easy read and that's what I got.

  • I just finished "Never Let Me Go" and I just purchased "The Paris Wife" and "Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking" so I don't know which I will start this weekend. I also have "Friendkeeping" but it's paper, not Kindle, so I probably won't pick it up for awhile. Oh, and I also have a couple chapters left of "Woman: An Intimate Geography" which is interesting but kind of scientific so it has taken me months to read.

  • "The Hobbit" (it's a re-read for me) and I will be starting " The Long Earth" by Terry Pratchett.
