brunch menu ideas

Steve and I have gotten into brunch, and we're having people over the next several weekends.

I'm trying to figure out a menu that will hit adult and toddler/preschoolers as great.

I'm planning to do a fruit stuffed french toast, with extra fruit to eat, and have regular and turkey bacon.

But I'm torn on the second dish to serve, I don't really want to do an egg casserole, so I'm trying to think of something else for that end.

I was debating a mac n cheese, but that's not exactly brunchy. What would you want to go with a stuffed french toast?

I think a potato dish would work.

You could do hash browns.  Or a cheesy hashbrown casserole, kinda like mac and cheese but more brunchy.

I was also going to suggest a potato dish or a quiche.

I would do a quiche or baked eggs, to balance the french toast.

Hashbrown casserole is always a big hit when I serve it at a party.  It always goes fast.

Zucchini and potato pancakes. Brunch needs some veggies!
