white or black dining room table?
I'm having a hard time choosing which color to paint my dining room table. My walls are a dark beige, with craftsman-style ivory baseboards and crown molding. The room is extremely small. I have a small, wooden table and 4 chairs to paint. I have painted a lot of furniture in my house the same ivory as the trim. It looks nice- but maybe black is more modern/something different or classy? Plus my Mom said black would be easier to maintain, i.e. less scuffs. This is our only table and chairs set, and I have a 5 year old, so it will get a lot of wear and tear. Advice? TIA!

I thought white too upon first read.
I'd add some black accessories (vase, frame, etc.) to anchor the eye!
