Any gluten-free chefs out there?
We are in the middle of a digestion crisis lasting over a year now. My almost 3-year old daughter has had horrible GI issues and it's pointing towards Celiac. We are getting tested now but I'm starting my gluten-free research. She can already be a picky eater so I'm not sure what to do for sandwiches or other breads. We like the rice pasta and many of the rice substitutes. It's mostly the breads that I know she will miss, and the cookies! If anyone has amazing recipes or suggestions, I would really appreciate it.

I don't purposely cook GF so there aren't that many on my blog, but this one is great and I really like her stuff

I'm not a chef, but my sister and niece are both gluten intolerant. I buy gift baskets from Gluten Free Palace and I think you'd find it interesting to know that they offer some great gluten free foods- breads, pastas, cakes, cookies, pizza base etc. You can order these online and just use them to make whatever else you make that uses wheat products instead.
