Do you consider yourself a "crafty" person? What type of crafts do you do? What type of crafts would you like to do but haven't tried out yet?

Re: QOTD 1/18
Yeah, but I'm not good at it (my husband says I am...). I don't do anything exciting...bowlsold records; framing interesting objects; wedding stuff.
I recently learned how to knit, so I'm pleased about that.
I think i'm crafty. I mainly crochet. Thinking about starting an etsy site. Starting with baby headbands and hats. Something for some extra cash. I used to scrapbook, I really need to get back into that!
i'm not crafty at all, i mean i can follow instructions and create something, for example i made my own invites from following step-by-step instructions but other than that i think a part of you needs to be creative and i just am lacking in that area.
I started a scrapbook from when our house was built and it has a total of 2 pages done (i should mention my sister "helped" me aka did it for me, lol), we've lived here for almost 2 years in Feb, oops! i should work on it bc i want to scrapbook the baby, but i may just use the photo album option on snapfish and have the website create it for me or it will never get done!
I'm crafty when it's necessary to be crafty LOL! I did a couple of DIY projects for the wedding, and I'll do a craft project when I need to...sometimes they turn out great (photo booth props, wedding dress hanger, etc) other times they're a complete disaster and immediately go in the trash (the luminaries I tried to make for the escort card table).
When it comes to cooking and baking...then I can call myself truly crafty : )
I can be crafty. I used to enjoy scrapbooking and I still do. I just feel that it can be soooo expensive. I tend to dabble in different things though. I tried to pick up crocheting, but I couldn't get the hang of it after about 15 minutes of trying to figure it our by myself. I put the needle down and haven't picked it up since. I also feel like I don't know what to do with the end product. Like cross-stiching. I did that for a while, but am I really going to hang a framed cross-stiching of a wolf on my wall....Ummm no.
As you might be able to see, I am having a love/hate relationship with crafting right now. lol
I just keep making baby blankets as that's the new thing to do right now is have kids. They take forever so I have a boy, a girl and a neutral one and keep replacing them when I give them away.
