Time for the usual: Weekend Plans?
It's a long weekend for me! Yay! Who else has a 3 day weekend?
We don't have too many plans for the weekend - DH returns from traveling, and I enjoyed my solo time with the boys, but I plan to play the "you were gone all week" card many times this weekend!
Tonight I am heading to happy hour to celebrate my friend's new job. The rest of the weekend is wide open - I plan to do some shopping for some real running shoes, but otherwise, nothing!
Monday I plan to take the boys to story time, out to lunch, then home for nap time for everyone!
Re: Time for the usual: Weekend Plans?
I don't have Monday off, but DH does, so he'll cover the school closure. And I'll get to work early and won't have to make Heather's lunch!
This weekend is partially about survival. I love spending time with the kids, and we have good things planned, I'm just tired. :-)
Tonight - Dinner out and buying a birthday present.
Tomorrow - Soccer and then a birthday party plus a stop at the yarn store.
Sunday - Grocery, errands and hopefully some quiet time for all.
I have a three day weekend this week, and we just found out we're getting out an hour early today. Woo hoo! I'll get to the gym earlier than I planned
Tonight we're going to Costco and will grab something out while we're shopping.
Tomorrow Jackson has swimming and I want to clean up the house in preparation for company Sunday.
Sunday we're having friends over for brunch and a playdate. It's been a while since we've seen them and I'm hoping the kids play well together.
Monday we're both off, and we promised Jackson we'd take him to Chuck E Cheese. He's been asking about going forever now. Monday night I'm meeting my BFF for dinner.
Jake - 1.15.08
Liam - 5.17.11
Tonight: go grab something to eat
Saturday: gym, maybe a mall run or take Bruce to the vet depending on what they say(Nathan thinks he had a seizure yesterday). Tomorrow night we get to meet my brother's new girlfriend who is up from VA for the weekend. I feel bad for the poor girl, can't imagine dating someone with five sisters.
Sunday: clean, laundry, maybe go to the movies with my giftcard from one of the salesman.
Monday: Work
Tonight - just hang out at home.
Tomorrow - hopefully a Costco run in the morning, then I am meeting my friends for a late lunch/early dinner at Mad Mex for margaritas (and I suppose some food too).
Sunday - my mom & dad are coming down and help us rearrange the game room and hopefully they'll stay for dinner.
Monday - Nolan is going to daycare and Hayden & I are spending some quality time together & hopefully going to a play date at Fun Fore All.
i didn't even realize monday was a holiday
i am obviously working!
tonight - grabbing dinner probably at willow happy hour
tomorrow - Gus to the vet, going to a Night at the Races in support of my BIL's basketball team (he is head coach). I really have no idea what "a night at the races" entails beside an open bar.
sunday - going to a sabika jewelry party at my neighbors. i have no idea what sabika is... off to google.
Tonite - usual, pizza or out to dinner. My nephew is sleeping over so some sort of movie (off to reserve one on redbook)
Tomorrow - therapy, Keira gymnastics & THANK GOODNESS Keira's birthday aparty finally! We had to move it to this weekend b/c of Caileigh's pneumonia and the girl (Keira) has been talking about it for 3 weeks. Thank goodness we can finally be done with Keira's month long birthday!
Sunday - maybe IHOP for breakfast, reading at 12:30 mass & then Caileigh/John headed to snow tubing at Wildwood Highlands.
How time flies! Caileigh (9), Keira (6) & Eamon (3)
Tonight - pizza and relaxing. The usual
Tomorrow - zumba in the morning. And finally I think my inlaws are visiting for real. (Their visit has been put off the past 2 weeks). Noah has a basketball game, too.
Sunday - chores and Noah and I may have a date to Mad Mex. I won a gift card and he's never been there. He wanted to know why there was a good taco place that he didn't know about. So I promised to take him.
Monday - No holiday on this end of Oakland. I'll be at my desk all bitter and stuff about my "day on". On a happy note, traffic will be light!
Ha! They came up with that "day on" idea when I was a student.
I am looking forward to light traffic on Monday, too.
