Kitchen advice

We are building a house and the space for the kitchen does not have any windows.  We could flip where the breakfast nook is with the kitchen and that space has windows but then the breakfast nook would not have windows.  So would it be best to have windows in the kitchen or in the breakfast nook?

Re: Kitchen advice

  • Ultimately, I would rather have windows in the breakfast nook. Is it possible to put a skylight in the kitchen for some natural light?

  • I agree, windows in the breakfast nook rather than in kitchen (although I'd rather have it in both parts). But use combination of bright and light colors for the kitchen in that case!
