I am now accepting suggestions for boy names. I think DH and I have searched every site on the internet and I'm just about to call him baby S! Who knew picking out a boys name would be so tough!
Re: Boy Names
We can't figure out a girls name for ourselves. Buy we agree on almost all boys names.
We like:
Elliot (our first choice)
Evan
Jackson
Owen
Carl (family name)
I like Wesley, Matthew (probably not for your little one tho), LOVE LOVE LOVE Keegan, Mitchell, Oliver, Quienton, Sebestian, Theodor, Tristian
If we have a boy his name will be Anthony Jonathan, AJ for short. We also liked the name David.
If I was having a boy we were going to name him Bode. (After Bode Miller, professional skier.)
I also like the names:
Nathan
Christian
Ethan
Braden (Brayden)
Brice (Bryce)
Married the love of my life on 1-21-12. Our princess arrived on 5-28-13.
The only boy names that we have agreed on is Alexei, ironically, but for very different reasons.
We also sort of ish agreed on Scott Carl, our dads' middle names. Unfortunately there are a lot of boys already between both our families since we are some of the youngest cousins. All of the names I come up with I end up going, "oh, no wait there already is an Ian, there already is a James, and so on.
Here is what is on our list so far.
Eric
Collin ( I LOVE this DH does not)
Adam
Evan
Liam
Quinten
Aaron
Gabriel
Jared
Alexander
Kaden
Marcus
Shane
With the exception of Collin, none of them scream this is the perfect name. I think I just have an emotional attachement to the name. One of my favorite resident's was named Haskall Collins. So the baby would be kinda of named after him... you know if I can get DH to go for it!
I love Adam(my baby brother's name lol) and Kaden and Jared. = ) But I also agree that there's nothing wrong with waiting until he's born to decide. My parent's had a totally different name picked out for me. Then when I was born they looked at me and decided, for whatever reason, that it didn't fit. They named me Amber instead. = )
But good luck! My future children are in trouble. I've always been a lover of names and unusual ones at that = )
01.21.2012---> I married a redhead I'm crazy about.
04.2016: IT'S A BOY! Elias Alan is due!
WDW trips: 05/14 (1st trip! Art of Animation; Little Mermaid), 05/15 (Pop Century!). DL Trips: 12/15
I love Collin! But my DH doesn't like it either. He only likes traditional names such as Matthew, James, William. I like those too but I also Alexander, Aidan, Sebastian, Flynn. I did get DH to say he liked Sebastian.
We were able to pick a boy name pretty quickly, William (Liam for short). For a middle name we were torn between James and Matthew. Both have family ties to them.
We had Lily (Lillian) picked out before we ever started trying but a middle name did give us trouble as well. And who knows you might pick something now and then change your mind shortly before he's here.
