Has anyone heard of Marketplace Homes?
Are house is upside down and we really want to buy a bigger house. This company is suppose to guarantee rent on your current house for 6 years. You have to use one of the builders they have partnered with (DR Horton, Drees) they get a percent of the sell. One of the issues I have is getting approved for a second mortgage. We haven't tried yet, but it seems like it might be hard to do. Has anyone used them or know of anyone who has? Thanks!
