Accent color ideas

HI Girls,

I'm trying to decide on an accent color for our bedroom and bathroom that goes well with both rooms. Our bedroom is white and grey. Our adjoining bathroom is gold and brown.  So one rooms has silver and the other gold tones. I know I don't want orange/red/copper. The rest of the house has tones of blue and green if that helps. I'm stumped...any ideas or inspirations? Thanks

Maybe navy?  I think I'd try buying new bathroom accessories, though - that's a tough one.

i'd either switch out the gold for silver, or perhaps run an accent color through both rooms to tie them together.

Gold, Brown, Green

maybe an olive/sage kind of color?

 

this might help. has some brown and gold tones...and you can see some charcoal grey from the bedroom!

I like turquoise. This person made a blog dedicated to it! http://www.houseofturquoise.com/ I think it could go well with the colors that you mentioned. But I don't know if it is to close to the blues and greens that you mentioned in the rest of your home.
